Hello, new friends!
My name is Elaine and I'm a doula and birth photographer in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. I support clients in Lexington, Louisville, Frankfort, Georgetown, Versailles, Richmond... and every other little town or city in Central Kentucky and Southern Indiana.
Some of my passions include:
- supporting women as they journey from maiden to mother
- redemptive second births
- helping clients achieve their victorious VBACS
- and being a part of family-centered homebirths.
My goal is to weave myself into your "village" so that you and your family feel completely comfortable with me and encouraged by me. When I had my first baby nine years ago, I was clueless about the process of birth and had a lonely, hard postpartum. This experience is the driving force behind what I want to accomplish now: I make sure that every family I support feels loved, cared for, informed, and prepared for the magical, mysterious ride that birth is.

Where Do I support women?
As of 2024, I will be directing my energy and time to serving women who are birthing at home, Tree of Life Birth Center, and with select hospital midwifery groups (this includes the UK Midwives).
